The following guide will show you how to add notes against an individual contact in the Customer Focus Ultimate system,

Step 1 - From your dashboard go to Contacts and Customers as shown below.

Step 2 - Find the customer you wish to find a contact note for and click on the customer name to open the customer record.

Step 3 - Go to the Contacts tab and edit the contact you wish to add a note for.

Step 4 - Enter the note you wish to add in the Comments box then click Add Comment.

Step 5 - You will now see the comment listed against your contact for future reference.
