We have been made aware of a conflict with Vision when you upgrade your machine to Windows 10. Please see below for the known fix to the issue:

Query:
Unable to use the ‘Send from Computer’ link when trying to ‘Send/Share’ a document in Vision. When clicking the button, nothing happens. Occurs even when Outlook is functioning as normal and open.

Resolution:
1. Press the Windows + R key on the keyboard.
2. In the Run window type Control and click Ok.
3. In the Control Panel window, go to Default Programs.
4. Click on Set your default programs option.
5. Select Microsoft Office Outlook from the programs list and then click on Set this program as default.
6. Now click on Choose defaults for this program.
7. Scroll down to the Protocols list and click to select MAILTO protocol and then click on Save.

If you still experience problems following this fix, give us and call and we will endeavour to resolve this as soon as possible

Google Chrome is no longer supporting the NPAPI plugin for Citrix Receiver - Google Chrome is no longer supporting the NPAPI plugin that is required to open Citrix Receiver directly from the browser. You can still use Google Chrome however you will notice you are now prompted to install Ctitrix each time you log on, and install an ICA file to begin your session.
