Step 1: From your Dashboard, select Settings, located at the top right corner of the screen.


Step 2: Select Codes and Phrases from the System dropdown, located on the navigation toolbar.



Step 3: Click the drop down arrow to select the category that you want to add a code or phrase to.



 Step 4: Type in the new code or phrase into the Description field. VISION will automatically designate a code for you. Click 'Edit' to make changes. Click the X to delete from the list, then Click 'Save'


Please Note: All Codes and Phrases can be applied to the customer record with the exception of shipping.

Shipping codes and phrases will appear on the Build a Quote and Sales Order screens.
