How to Insert a New Customer

The following will describe how to create a new customer

STEP 1

Under 'CRM,' select 'Customers.'

 

STEP 2

The standard Customer Database will be displayed as shown. To add a new Customer to your database click on the + button.

STEP 3

Enter a Customer name in the green highlighted textbox (the cursor will be flashing here) and click on the checkmark as shown.

STEP 4

Fill out the relevant details NOTE: you do not have to fill out all details.

Important Fields are:

- Address

- Telephone Number

- Fax

Mandatory fields are:

-Post Code

-Rep/Advisor

-Source

Click the checkmark when necessary values are entered.
