How to Mark a Web Enquiry as Acknowledged

 

This help sheet will walk you through how to mark received enquiries on your store as acknowledged.

 

STEP 1

To begin, log into Ultimate as you normally would

 

STEP 2

From your main Ultimate portal, hover over the ‘Projects’ button and click ‘Overview’

 

STEP 3

On the Projects Overview screen, you should notice a couple of checkboxes towards the top-right of the page, the leftmost of which should be labelled ‘Web Enquiries Only’. Ensure this is checked to make locating enquiries easier.

 

STEP 4

Once the objects listed are all web enquiries, locate the one you wish to mark as acknowledged and click the project number located on the far left of the line.

 

STEP 5

In the Project Details screen for the selected enquiry, you should see an ‘Edit’ button next to the project number at the top-centre of the screen. Click this

 

STEP 6

In the edit project screen, look for the checkbox labelled ‘Acknowledge Web Order/Enquiry’. As you may have guessed, checking this box will mark the enquiry as acknowledged. After checking it, ensure to click the ‘Save’ button on the right-side of the screen. This will update the system with the changes you’ve made.

 

Following this, the web enquiry has been successfully acknowledged.
